High Throughput Mass Spectrometry Core Facility (HT-MS) provides the infrastructure and service for large scale studies in systems biology, epidemiology and pre-clinical and clinical research. Services offered by the working group include: plasma and serum proteomics of large sample numbers (100-1000’s, label-free protein quantification); compound screening by proteomics; tissue proteomics: label-free protein quantification (large sample numbers); large-scale microbial proteomics; screening for changes in free amino acids and metabolites of central metabolism in large-scale serum, plasma and microbial studies; and open to extend workflows to different samples and compound classes.
