Project description

To advance the clinical treatment of ME/CFS, the AID-PAIS-I project aims to predict individual patient trajectories and treatment outcomes using artificial intelligence (AI)-powered analytics and mechanistic mathematical modeling. By integrating diverse data sources - including clinical parameters, advanced biomarker profiling, and medical literature - the project aims to identify distinct ME/CFS subtypes and predict patient-specific treatment outcomes.

The ultimate goal is to develop a clinical decision support system (CDSS) that provides clinicians with data-driven insights for individualised interventions to optimise patient care and improve the quality of life of individuals affected by ME/CFS.
